1.32 will be released on Beta soon

Hi there,

sorry for our long absence, but we have changed some internal processes. For everyone who cares about we changed our development process to scrum. Our 1st sprint is done and we are in the middle of our 2nd sprint and of course we have already some results we want to introduce.

1st we finished the screendesign and technical part of the new achievement system

2nd we are still busy with redesign old screens and fit them to the new layout

And last but not least the avatargenerator is nearly done

Our plan is to update the public beta this week there will be a lot more features, bug fixes and content. Looking forward to your comments 🙂

    rainy it looks nice and we’re all eager to have it on worlds we play, but there is another thing planned for the next update we’re all taking as the most important thing:
    The new duel system. Or the old rebalanced… As it will completely change the playing style, not just the looks.
    Can you please give some details about that new system?

    Also, probably not that important but still… Item/jobs changes. Ok, maybe you want to keep that one still a secret, but at least tell us will Health Points bonuses from items will be nerfed? See… That skill on items gives a too much of advantage to only one class.

    there will be changes in duel system and item balance as soon as we update the beta you will see what else has been changed

    For most of the changes, I’ll just wait & see what comes up –
    BUT I have 2 big concerns:

    – Please enable stack selling again!
    – Please don’t invent the new window design without a (working!) minimize-button!

    wait is the achievement that thing that did stand under the same button as poker like a month ago?

    because if it was I had a job report of it (that disappeared) do I keep the achievement that I completed or do I need to restart it?

    Thats good to hear. I guess Scrum has its advantages.

    +30 Dodging
    +25 Aiming

    Bonuses those pants will have in version 1.32:
    +2 Dexterity
    +1 Mobility
    +1 Charisma
    +20 *Health Points*
    +20 Dodging
    +20 Aiming
    +25 *Leadership*

    Rainy… Please, I’m begging you now on my knees… Will you please stop with soldier class overpumping? That class is already overpowered, why in every single new update you give that class more candy and forget other three classes?

    I had fun re-doing my avatar 🙂
    however, I still find it very inconvenient that Crafting has no direct access
    fiddling throgh these tabs, then browsing through the recipes is tedious – there should be a button, replacing “Poker for example”
    I think that poker should be accessed through own town’s Saloon
    but anyway, it’s good that the update’s there, I’m thankful for re-adjusting of recipes too 🙂

    worker are 30% fair enough; duelers get to duel before battle plus critical hits.

    PLEASE INCREASE ADVENTURER BONUS AS IN GAME PLAY WISE.

    1 option is WE GET 50% more dodge bonus in duels and battle.
    2 option is WE GET 50% more toughness and reflexes in duel DEFENSE.

    3 option is INCREASE the 10% lucks to 40%luck. that be a change.

    YOU ALREADY DESTROYED OUR LUCK BY HAVING HOLIDAY SET, SO GET ON TRACK. PLEASE!!!!!!

    *their are unisex running around. they are using the random to get a female or male while their character is the other sex.

    MORE THINGS

    can you PLEASE add eyes(eye color) as one thing that will be PAY NUGGET to change.

    and eyebrows color and EYEBROW’s expression like lazy look, eyebrow’s up, normal, hairy as separate. BECAUSE as eyebrows expression depends what you are going and time and you can color you eyebrows so PLEASE make it FREE.

    The avatar design looks more great than the last time … Congrats, this a better job 🙂

    + you need to implememt different types of rewards in game … like in the achivement system etc.

    Is the crafting system finished? Has a 200-250 level recipe for each profession been added?

    Any plans for items with no bonuses or will they just be throw aways?

    Ok, I have a huge complaint about the new graphit_glue(or whatever the name). From what I understand, it will be something like the Bayonet, but it will only add 20-40 dmg(not so big of a difference between 40 and 75). But this graphit thingy it’s ridiculously easy to make. This will lead to one big disaster:
    No one will buy any more bayonets for more than let’s say 1k$, but if you would have to buy all the products for a bayonet I am sure it will cost more than 2k$.

    So devs please do something about this, because if this update gets on the public worlds, it will mean the end of all Bayonet Businesses.

    It *IS* already enabled. When somebody says your name in the chat (right capitalization!) or somebody whispers to you, there’s a decent *bloink* sound… but there’s still plenty of room for improvement, see my thread on the beta forums: http://forum.westbeta.innogames.de/showthread.php?t=1412

    The old avatars can still be used (at least for now, on the Beta). And that’s good, I still have the old ones, couldn’t take the step to a new one yet, although I’m rolling the dice nearly every day to see if there’s a nice combination for me ^^
